I just bought  some yummy peaches at the farmers market today so here goes......

2 large peaches, diced (with skin)

1 package Quaker instant oatmeal, maple and brown sugar

1 Tbs. ICBINB with calcium

1 Tbs. flour

dash of cinnamon

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Place peaches in a small oven safe dish.  In a small bowl mix dry oatmeal, ICBINB, flour and cinnamon.  Sprinkle over peaches and bake for 20-25 minutes or until top is browned and peaches are bubbly. Makes 2 servings.

I'm going to try this with apples and apple and cinnamon oatmeal next!
