Delicious Iced Tea questions
I am practically addicted to unsweetened black and green iced tea. Its nice to know that even before I started dieting with help from this website, I didn't need to worry about calories in soda because I simply didn't even drink enough (maybe one or two cans a week). However, I've been wondering about just how good ice tea is for me.
For one: its the only caffeine I have a day, but I drink a lot of ice tea. Between dinner, lunch, and inbetween times, I probably drink 60 oz a day. Is that too much caffiene? Also, is it possible that the caffeine is making me bloated?
Try Sunset Safari (or Safari Sunset) tea from the Republic of Tea. It has all the anti-oxidents but is naturally caffeine free and tastes fantastic.
The caffeine could make you feel bloated or it may be the tanin.
Its interesting you brought up tannin. I didn't even know tea contained tannin. Thanks.
