Delicious Red Lentil Soup - Low in Fat Recipe

This is my husband's favourite soup and he has become accustomed to asking for it for breakfast post work-out as it is so hearty. It's high in protein, and will keep you full. We also drop in whatever leftover veggies we have on hand like fresh tomatoes, celery, zukes etc...

Ingredients
16 oz dried red lentils
8 oz dried great northern beans
8 cups chicken stock
3 large bell peppers, diced
1 medium onion, minced
1 tbsp curry powder
2 bay leafs
8 tbsp mustard powder
14 oz canned tomatoes
Directions
Simply toss everything into a crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours.
