I got her book last time I did this and with CC and Denise I lost over 20 pounds and toned like crazy in just a couple of months so I have ordered it again cause I lost mine. It's the Srink your female fat zones book and it is a combo of Yoga, Ballet and Pilates. Low impact and fabulous and works on the gut and even  those terrible underarm things we get. I could see changes (good ones) within 2 weeks. The best part for me is that it only takes 20 minutes so even if I don't get to it during the day I can do it just before bed. There leaves me no excuse not to. I remember arguing with myslef...I don't have time...it's only 20 minutes and I don't have to go anywhere.

Cough, cough, sputter....the "E" word.  I'll have to lose some more before I can do that sort of thing.  I am, however moving more and increasing my activity level.  Walking more.
