Answer
It’s hard to know if depression is leading to weight gain or the other way around, but the two are certainly related. Many people use food to cope with problems, but that only makes the problems worse. To see whether you have signs of clinical depression, take this Depression Screening Test. If you test positively, then visit a doctor who will check for medical causes and may recommend a mental health therapist.
