EDIT: I see now you are 15 and at a low weight. A diet is not a good idea when you are still growing.

The advice I would give is just eat fewer calories.............no fewer than 1200 though................and exercise............I perfer running cause u burn more calories in less time but do what ever works for you.   Hope this helps GOOD LUCK :)
6 pounds in 3 weeks is doable (2 lbs per week) but if you're already at a low weight, and a growing teenager, it's really not necessary (and could possibly even be unhealthy).

Just eat healthy and be active.

    Don't worry about your weight so much. If you want to look better try a weight routine to tone up. Make sure you eat enough when you lift weights or all your work will be in vain. 
if you're in good shape already, do some hiit every other morning--but no more than 3 times a week. and cardio for the other days. and like sherrimac said, weight training. muscle eats more fat than homer eats donuts.
