Dessert Island Parfait

Whether you crave a sweet snack or a fruity dessert, this parfait will make your day!

Ingredients 

3 drops coconut extract

6 oz. (about 3/4 cup) fat-free vanilla yogurt

1/2 medium banana, chopped

1/4 cup chopped mango

2 tbsp. Fat Free Reddi-wip

1 tsp. shredded sweetened coconut

 

Directions 

Mix coconut extract into yogurt.

In a mid-sized glass, layer half of each ingredient: yogurt, banana, and mango.

Repeat layering with remaining yogurt and fruit. Top with Reddi-wip and coconut shreds and enjoy!

 

Makes 1 serving

Entire recipe: 199 calories, 1g fat, 107mg sodium, 43.5g carbs, 2.75g fiber, 33.5g sugars, 8g protein

Question - I need help to lose weight - how can I read the logs of people who succeeded in the last few months losing weigh?

This desert looks great.  Boj84 you do not need to read the logs.  The best way to loose weight is to find increasingly healthier and lower calorie options to the foods you love and already eat and to also gradually expand and try new healthy foods.  If you are not eating much fish, start with fish you like, or even allow yourself to go out and eat fried fish.  When the fried fish is good and you get use to it, try the same fish grilled at the same restaurant.  When that is good and you hunger for it, start learning to make it at home and have it often.  I have lost 75lbs by changing my lifestyle in that way.  It works very well because you learn a sustainable way of eating.  You are liking what you eat and eating what you want.  You are learning to make healthy choices so that you can eat anywhere, and occasionally have the things you crave.  For example, I substitute yogurt for ice cream, and now want very very little of the "Blue Bell" because it is too sweet and too rich.

 

If you create your own healthy diet you can progressively loose and sustain the weight loss.

Oh gosh I am Starving now, looks so yummy and healthy, is it beneficial to drink in morning as a replacement of breakfast, since this can be prepare very easily rather than preparing breakfast.
