Core half an unpeeled apple (use any variety that remains firm when cooked, such as Northern Spy, Rome Beauty or York Imperial) and fill with 1 teaspoon of brown sugar and a dash of cinnamon; place in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave for 2 1/2 minutes; remove from oven and top with 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt.

There was another one that said to take a lowfat graham cracker spread fat free cream cheese and sliced strawberries.

That one also sounded good to me.

The nutritional info is per serving... how many servings is one apple. I would think it's 1...but then again, no matter how big a bag of chips or cookies is, it's also only 1 serving :)
wow i didn't think of that

I checked the article again and it's does seem to be for the whole apple :)

here is the link:

one low-fat dessert that i am amazed by is Low-Fat Souffle Cheesecake. You can use any flavor of jello, but if you use lime, it tastes AMAZINGLY like Key Lime Pie. i don't know how exact this is, but when i added up all the calories of all ingredients involved, it came out to 100/cal per 1/8 of pie.

1 graham cracker, crushed (about 3 Tbsp.), divided

2/3 cup boiling water

1 pkg. (4-serving size) Sugar Free Jello

1 cup Low Fat Cottage Cheese

1 container (8 oz.) Fat Free Cream Cheese

2 cups thawed COOL WHIP

SPRINKLE half of the crumbs onto side of 8- or 9-inch springform pan or 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.

STIR boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Cool 5 minutes. Pour into blender container. Add cheeses; cover. Blend on medium speed until smooth, occasionally scraping down side of blender container. Pour into large bowl. Gently stir in whipped topping.

POUR into prepared pan; smooth top. Sprinkle remaining crumbs around outside edge. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set. Remove side of pan just before serving. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.

Thanks for that recipe
I am always trying to find things to satisfy my sweet tooth :)
