I'd say an AUS12 / US10 / UK12...?
Yea I agree with kupre
You have a nice womanly shape ![]()
Just an observation...
although I'm not able to tell you what size are you wearing (I'm not familiar with UK nor AUS measurements) I would like to make a little observation, I've noticed that you're a pear shaped woman, which in my opinion is more womanish as being apple shaped as I am...
Furthermore from a clinical point of view researcj shows that having a pear shaped body is healthier than being apple shaped.Knowing your body type is also important when you're planning your diet. The recommendation for pear shaped women:
- Eat low-fat foods. Pear-zone fat cells are FAT magnets and will
continue to store fat the more you consume, making your problem areas
even worse, which can lead to poor body image or even eating disorders
- Do resistance training. This type of exercise is great for pears to strengthen their bones
- Get bone density scan test, particularly as you approach menopause to know your risks for osteoporosis.
wow a size 10..im not even close...but as im looking at my self i dont look like a size 14...which i am
try flowier dresses when it starts to get warmer out. like empire waists or baby doll. Those are great for wide bottom people, myself included. im sure you can fit into a 12 easily in something like that. Dont try to wear a tight fitting dress.
Looking from the picture I would guess u r a size 10 but pictures can be extremely deceiving. A picture taken at a bad angle can add a lot of weight.
Also thanks to our great fashion industry the sizes can very from manufacturer to manufacturer.
I personally used to be able to fit into a size 9 comfortably in one brand of jeans and not be able to squeeze into a 13 in another. (We're not going into what size I'm at now)
So my advice is take measurements and compare to the manufacturer's size chart with the clothes you want to buy.
Then just buy from the one you like the size ur at ![]()
Always makes me feel a little better when I'm down
I too would guess a size 10. But also dress sizes sren't the best way to go as far as guessing sizes. You probebly wear a small to medium in blouses and a medium to large in bottoms, given your shape. AA as well as hispanic women tend to heavier on the bottom not always but most of the time causing our tops to be a size or more smaller than our bottoms. Also you may want to consider the cut of the dress, is it pencil, a line, trumpet.
I can wear a 10 in jeans, and 6 or 8 in dresses. I've got pretty thick thighs.
