| 12 | eggs |
| 1 | tbsp sweet pickle juice |
| 1/2 | tsp pepper |
| 1 | cup mayonnaise |
| 1 | tbsp mustard |
- hard boil eggs and let cool
- peel egg shells off eggs and cut eggs in half long ways and set aside
- take yolk out and place in bowl
- mix yolk, mayo, mustard, pickle juice and pepper all together until smooth
- using a teaspoon, fill each of the egg halves with the mixture
