Didn't eat enough calories?
Well, according to this site I should eat 1,500 calories a day, which I think is a fine number. But today I ended up eating only 1,065. Should I eat a little more to try and get to that number? I'm just not hungry though.. haha.
thats what everybody says... im in the same boat. try having a calorie-dense snack/meal, like almonds or something. they are high in calories, have protein and the good kind of fat.
Yes, eat more. I know it sounds counter-intuitive -- but it's important. And even more important for young folks whose bodies are still growing, inside and out.
Your body needs calories to burn -- if it doesn't get those calories, it ends up (eventually) cannibalizing it's organs to get the energy it needs to run -- obviously, there is a law of diminishing returns at play here.
learn to plan out your day -- a good breakfast of oatmeal w/PB (or fruit, or eggs, or jam) is a great way to start -- and then go from there.
1500 calories is really not that hard to get up to (honestly)
Breakfast: 300-350
snack: 100-150
Lunch: 350-400
snack 100-200
supper: 400-500
But leeshxo -- you should only be eating 1500 cals if you are NOT doing any exercise... if exercising you need to eat more. go here and see what I mean:

eat more than 1500. you'll still lose weight. 1500 isn't enough unless you are one of those infamous nerds made fun of in movies that literally sit on their rear ends and study all day.
I seriously thought I was the only one that struggled with eating enough calories since I started trying to change my diet. Every day is something different usually I'm too high or too low. I can't seem to find a good balance!!

Figure out what type of eater you are and you might just find the answer to permanent weight loss.
