Didn't lose any weight after delivery??

My babe is three days old right now. At my 40 week doctor appointment 5 days ago, I was 180 pounds and this morning i was 179...

My baby was seven pounds so I don't understand how I'm not at the VERY least 173?!

My milk has come in but I don't think I have enough to equal how much the baby and the placenta weighed, right?!

Someone please tell me this is common and the weight will go away in a few days?

Yeah, I'm now 3 months post-partum (on sunday) and I've only got 3 lbs to go!
