Why didn't my profile picture change?

I uploaded a new photo and set it as the default photo but when I post, my old pic shows up.  The profile shows the new picture as the default but it's not working.

I had the same problem, check your first pic and make sure it doesn't have a default check on it too. If it is not that then reload your pic again and check the default, then reboot. That seemed to help me. If that doesn't work, then IDK, someone else may know what is happening.

Argh, on the Profile page it only has the new picture.  I don't know where to check the old pic to see if it is checked.  I can't find it anywhere, unless I post.
