I didn't realize.... Hit a major goal!!!

I'm in the healthy weight BMI zone!!!

So, I had been doing pretty well over the summer. I lost about 5-6 pounds, then changed scales (from home to college) and it put me as +2 what my scale at home had me at.  But whatever.  I kept eating healthy and lost about 5 more pounds in the past month and a half (which is great because the amount of time I can devote to this has gone way down!!!)

Anyway, started the summer at about 160 (maybe 162 on my college scale) and now am at 151 (on my college scale).  My all-time starting point was 170, and one of my major goals was to get into the healthy BMI zone.

I just checked today, and guess what?! I'm in! And not only by a little, but a few pounds!  I totally forgot to keep track of that, and it made my morning!  Woo!!!

Great!

Wonderful...

WELL DONE Wink

Congrats...glad you made it. Life is so hectic, but now you know stress does not have to make us gain weight. You are inspiring me to stay in the right mind frame. I am just starting out.....again at 59. Determined this time I will make goal! Yay you and Yay me! Yay everyone working toward goal! We can do it!

Way to go! That is wonderful. Keep it up.

Congrats, tyrdrop! It's nice that you lost more without even realizing it. That means you have other things that are important as well as your weight. Sounds like your living a balanced life. Just one thing. Keep weighing yourself. This is one of the habits of people who don't gain weight. Don't let any gains sneak up on you. Other than that, have a great year at school!
