Diet Coke Cake

Would some one please post the recipe for this? and the nutritional info..?? I have heard so much about it I really want to try it..Thanks!

Uh....after reading thru all of these lovely posts...is there anyway to bake a cake in a microwave....haha

I am at college, and this year unfortunately stuck in the freshman dorms (I'm a Junior..but in a single room) that don't have a kitchen anywhere in the facilities...thus I'm stuck w/ just the microwave!

Microwavable cake?  Anybody know if it's possible?  And how long to cook it if it is?

actually, you know those betty crocker microwave cakes? well they now sell mini ones which are one 150 cals a pop! and soo yummy!

I actually found cake mix made with spenda this weekend... im going to try the diet soada cake with that stuff!!

its no cake, but you can make No Pudge Fudge brownies in the microwave. ive got the cappucino flavor but i think they have original and mint too...

Okay, I posted here earlier about making a dark chocolate fudge cake with diet coke.  That turned out fabulous.  I mentioned I didn't care for the "frosting" but I changed my mind.  I tried the cake right after frosting and did not like the frosting b/c it tastes too puddingish.  I let it set for several hours and tried it again and it tasted so much better.  It really blends after a while.  Just thought I'd share that with anyone who wanted to try the recipe.  It just helps it to be a more authentic chocolate cake recipe. 

Frosting recipe

blend 1 pack sugar free, fat free pudding with thawed fat free whipped topping.

I blended mine over hot water so it would spread a little easier.

Lemon cake with Tropicana Diet Lemonade pop - Frosting Whip Cream mixed with sugar free Lemon Pudding. Yuuummmmm!

I'm not a huge fan of the texture of cake. I was wondering if it is possible to use soda as a binding/rising agent for breads, muffin tops, and brownies as well?

If I only do a single serving of chocolate cake does anyone know how long I would need to bake it in the oven or microwave for?

I microwaved it for a minute and a half and it came out perfect! Very mosit!

I have made a diet peach fresca yellow cake a few times & it is outstanding! I am not a big chocolate lover...so I experimented with different cake mixes & soda's. It is moist & absolutely fantastic. I would take it over any other dessert! ENJOY!

Anyone make a carrot cake with this method? Did you use sprite instead? I really want to try this and carrot is my favorite.
