How can I diet when my family does not?
Asked by jimbohd62 on Mar 16, 2009 in Weight Loss

Answer

You have to believe or “act as if” wild horses couldn’t make you eat that c***.  Then, the family should, at least, try to serve, or have available, wholesome food for everyone’s major meals.  And because freedom reigns, everyone could be given his/her own section of the cupboard to store favorite snack foods.  That way, no one is tempted to eat anyone’s food and there will be less snacking all around.  Should the family decide to have a snack-fest in front of the TV, quietly remove yourself from the room.  Actually, you’ll be at the gym most evenings, and so their actions won’t affect you.
