Is this an OK ''DIET''??
Hey all so im finally, n i say finally cuz its taken blummin AGES lol, back on track. It's taken 10 weeks lol but not to dwell lol.....
Im eatin 14-1500 kcals a day and doin 30-1hr in the gym 4-5 times a weeks.
On 30 min wrkout I do pure cardio so 10mins on cross trainer, i do aerobic mode so its a variety, 10mins on bike....bout level3-4 doin between 75-90rpm and 10mins on treadmill on an incline of 0-4.5 at speeds between 4.5 and 6, i usually do 4.5 for 1 minute to start, i go to 5.5 for 2mins, then up to 6 for 2mins then bk down to 4.5 for 1 minute and up to 6 for 2mins and then bk down to 4.5 for a minute and up to 6 for 1 minute and then its 2 minute cooldown
when i do an hour i do 5 weight machines, chest press, leg press, seated dip, seated row, hip abduction and then i work on my abs on a floor mat. i do 15 reps on all machines at different weights followed by the 30 mins cardio as above and then stretches at the end.
i just wanna know if this is a good little workout because its reall workin for me and im really enjoyin but i have 'devised' as such it myself, i mean the weights etc on the machines were put together by a trainer etc but i mean the routine has been put together myself and the cardio machines i use etc.
just seems abit too good to be true when ur enjoyin it doesnt it sometimes lol, so just wanna check that this is ok ??
My stats are 21 5ft4 CW:177lbs GW:140lbs
Thanks guys :0))
Sounds like a good plan. If you're enjoying your exercises, enjoying what you eat, feeling good and you lose a pound or two at the end of the week, that's about as good as it gets. (No idea what #1 was going on about... some strange people about)
hmmm
well im not an expert but i think if ur loosing ur weight and enjoying at the same time.. why r u asking anyone anything
just keep going
good luck
I think if you enjoy what you are doing then you are much more likely to stick with it. As you get used to your routine, you may need to change it up a little to continue challenging yourself. But none of this should be completely unenjoyable.

Figure out what type of eater you are and you might just find the answer to permanent weight loss.
