i dont know how this works but the ingredients are

maple syrup mixed with water, lemon juice and cayenne pepper.

This kinda sounds disguisting but i wanted to try it for one day and see what it does

should i ? and has anybody tried it and how is it? well thanks for anything that you might say

If that's all you're eating, that sounds bad.
It's called the Master Cleanse. It's somewhat like a fast, and you only drink that. I personally think it's not a maintainable and healthy way to lose weight, but some people say for one or two days to cleanse, it works. Just google "Master cleanse" You'll find tons.
sounds like a fad diet to me, or maybe one of those cleanser fat flush things (that don't really work.).  i say just go for cal counting and excersize. or if it tastes good, drink up - in addition to some other food stuff.
yep.  it hurts, it burns and is painful cramping and all you lose is water weight which you promptly regain.  bah!
I think what you are refering to is the "Master Cleanse", which isnt really recomended as a weight loss tool, but rather as an internal "cleanse" of "toxins".

Please do a lot of research on this before trying it, you may want to speak to a doctor first.

There is a lot of information and discussion on this board about it also. I would at least do a search for the phrase "master cleanse" in this forum and see what the various opinions and experiences are before making a decision.

I was going to try it about a year ago, made the little concoction, and disliked the taste so I quit immediately.
Also... I did do the first part of it which is the colon cleanse part before attempting to drink the maple/lemon/cayenne cocktail: basically you drink a cup of laxative tea at night, then the next morning you drink a salt water mixture that is the same salinity as your blood so it doesn't get absorbed, it just goes right through you. Well... it was very scary feeling. It is a very large amount of liquid to take in all at once and I was left feeling like I might die / throw up / pass out for about 10 minutes. I had to lay down. Then comes the really fun part: you basically start peeing out of your butt. Sorry if that is a little too much info, but it's the truth. You do end up expelling a lot of intestinal plaque (looks like light brown eggshells) which is the point of colonics, but I could never do it again. Just too weird feeling for me.
I have noticed benefits from some of the detoxes.

and they aren't to lose weight, they're to clean out your system.

but once you do a good detox, and then eat healthy, especially if you buy a lot of organic, then you don't need to detox again.

cayenne is a very good food for the body -- it provides a number of benefits.  And lemon is also good for the body.
I stayed on the Master Cleanse for about 4 days and lost 6 lbs...(Extra pounds because I caught a virus!!) I was never hungry but...

The first thing you eat will be the first thing that puts those pounds back on haha
