What should my diet be a day.

I was wondering if anyone knew how many calories and sodium and Protien and anything else i should look out for should be a day.  My current weight is 205 and im 5'11 and 26.  I started working out at the gym every day.  One day I lift the other day I run.  Im trying to go all out healthy and look good.  Any tips will help
