Hey, welcome to the site bro, i hear ya on the wanting to keep the abs defined, i struggle with the same thing. Seriously, the best advice i can give you for right now is, START TO LEARN TO COOK, if you don't know already. When i started my college classes it didn't matter how strong my willpower was with food because 95% of the food options are hella bad for you. I got kicked into gear to get my abs back and started to cook for myself and its done wounders these past couple years at my university. 30 minute jog a day is a good plan especially if your backing that up with healthy food. As for studying and school, its always best to eat your primary meals in the morning and afternoon, and then take it easy on the evenings late night. This will give you the brain food to get through class whille farcing your body to USE the food that you eat during the day. If you eat a big dinner your body wants to store up that food cause you aren't using it when you're sleeping.. and guuuues where the primary spots are that that storing goes, your stomach... If you roll into college knowing how cook by the way bro, you'll be a front runner for the ladies on campus, TRUST ME!. Anyways, study food is so dang important, and i've found that fruit and grenola are the two best foods that keep my brain going, and they're both hella good for you. Hope classes are going well

OH! almost forgot, check out the glycemic index number for some of the foods that you eat. Lower glycemic index foods will wield a smaller blow to your abs. (just something i've found with myself)

Later bro,
~Levi
