You: On A Diet..The Owner's Manual for Waist Management

Quote  |  Reply

I want to encourage everyone to go buy, borrow, order, or check out this book. I love to research on nutrition and diet and have to say this book provides so much information. It explains exactly what food does once it has passed into your mouth, why it is either burned up or stored as fat and has become a wonderful tool for me to lose weight. It was an eye opener and I am now going through it again to highlight some major points to keep me motivated. Just thought I would let everyone know of my find.

Thanks for the tip!  Just reserved it at the library..

I also would like to add my encouragement to everyone to get the book.

It really does break down the science of eating and cravings.

Great book and even if you don't have time to read the whole thing, I just open it up and spot read.
