Does that diet patch work???

When I log into CC I see an ad at the bottom for a diet patch.  Has anyone used it before and does it work?

I looked up reviews and I found a good mixture of "Yes, this does work" and "No, do not waste your money". 

I agree with you on "saving money and eating healthy"  But it caught my eye and since it was on CCs website, I thought there might be something to it.  Thanks for your reply.
