Are there any out there they really help? I do eat right and excersise, but i was just curiuos if anyone had tried anything that actully helped. I know there is no MAGIC pill, so im not looking for anything like that, just a little boost. Just curious.

everyone that i know that really work out well and eat well suggest me to have hydroxicut or lipo 6. But its only for a help to give u more energy and boost ur metabolism I would suggest do not use it too much cuz u will be dependent on them. As for me, hydroxicut works well if i use it before working out, and i am not dependent on it either. Just becareful :)
don't try diet pills. not even the Hoodia. I did and I'll tell you it was a waste of money.
While some diet pills appear to work, you will notice as you research the subject, that they all advise a low calorie diet. If you don't change your diet, the pills don't "work". All this means is, the pills do not work - it's the low calorie diet that works.
So why not just skip the pills and simply count calories? You'll save yourself the expense and the danger of serious side effects.

i took a prescription med called bontril, which helped me loose weight by eliminating my appetitite, and i ate much smaller portions and i exrcised becuase the medicatine made me very energized and jittery. It was a really bad med to take beccause my heart would beat so hard, and i ended up having to get surgery because i lost weight too fast and developed gaulbladder stones, and i was only 19 then. So it brought a lot of problems, and most of the weight came back eventually after i was unable to exercise due to the surgery and being sick.
So now i just cut down on cals and exercise when i can.
good luck
