If you are looking for magic pills that will help you melt off the pounds, then don't bother. They don't work that way...I have taken some in the past that helped to curb my appetite. If you DO decide to take them, make sure they are a safe kind and make sure you are eating enough. I took some, they killed my appetite and I ended up not even hitting my minimum requirements for the day....not good.
yes i really just want to curb my appetite because i dont really need to lose much weight i just want to get rid of cravings and get back to the healthy eating habits i usually have. do you suggest any that worked well for you and were safe? thanks for your help!
I'm not sure if there's a magical pill that will help you with that. I'd work on trying to eat more filling meals (more fiber and some fat and protein to make it last!) and just generally work on self-control.
Sorry if that's not the answer you're looking for.

Please be careful with diet pills. Back when ephedra was around, I used to take stacker pills daily with lunch and dinner, for about 2 good years this went on. Now as a result years later I have a heart murmur :(
Drinking more water will help curb your appetite and you won't run any health risks from it. I had always heard this and never realized how much it could help, but I sip on water and Crystal light throughout the day. Most importantly, though, is I drink easily a 20 oz bottle of water while I'm preparing dinner. By the time dinner is ready, I get full very fast, on much smaller portions than before.
When ever i am hungry and need to curb my appetite I grab some chewing gum. I carry some with me all the time, right now I have the new rain sugar-gree from wrigley's. Diet pills work but alot of them have alot of side effects just be careful.
i have tried about 20+ different types of dills in the last decade. The result? not one single one of them worked. The appetite suppressants dont do anything, the glass of water you take with them is probably more effective. Anything that speeds up you metabolism usually does this by making your bodywork harder, pushing you temperature up, your pulse faster, shakes and dizzness etc. Trouble is when that happens i cant excerise and end up wanting to eat more especially sugar or carbs in order to calm the side effects, i seem to gain everytime. Stupidly ive probably spent £1000 on pills and get excited whe i read websites about the amazing results, knowing full well that they wont work for me, but i buy them anyway.
if you are going to buy something do not do it on the internet. Much of this stuff is manufactured in Chiana and has either illegal substances which are unsafe or are fakes that will do nothing.
I find the best way to cut appetite if to eat little and oftena dn always have snacks of fruit or veg handly, think this will give you better results than pills
