Diet pills don't work. The only ones that have any effect are the ones that can be prescribed by a doctor. And even those are limited in their effect on weight. What are your stats and what have you been trying so far?

The most common reason for weight-gain (or failure to lose weight) is that people eat a little too much. Snacking isn't bad in itself but if your snacks take you over the amount of food you need to maintain your weight, you will gain weight. If you add a tablespoon of oil to your cooking instead of a teaspoon, it tots up. If you cook 3oz oatmeal rather than 2oz... ditto. You don't have to be 'strict' with your diet but you really do have to know how much you're eating. Use the food log on here for a few days to see what the real picture is perhaps.
As well as 'eating too much', another factor in weight-gain is 'eating irregularly'. Skipping meals, for example, or eating very little all day but having a very, very large meal in the evening. Eating very little all week but maxing out at the weekend is another one. If you exercise to that extent you'll can afford to eat more than someone who is sedentary. NB.... light exercise (half an hour) every day is better for weight-loss than excessive exercise 3 or 4 times a week.
On your statistics I'd suggest you aim for a regular daily intake of 1500-1600 and reschedule your exercise so that it is more frequent but less strenuous. But measure your food for a while rather than guessing.

most diet pills dont make you lose weight, but more lose ur appetite.
So ur paying 30 dollars to lose ur appetitie for an hour or so.
Drinks lots of water, you tend to be less hungry when u have plenty of water in ur system.
Also, get away from the house and food, go do something. Go to the mall, the gym, go for a walk. just get out of the house, when we are around food, we tend to make excuse to eat and we are tempted by food right in front of us to eat it.
The worst thing for dieting is being near a kitchen.
Yeah, some do work.
Ephedra/Ma Huang: (which I don't even think is legal in the U.S. anymore). It speeds up your metabolism AND supresses appetite. But it also increases your heart rate so it can be unhealthy.
Fun fact about Ephedra: It can be used to manafacture methamphetamine. Probably why it's not sold in regular stores.
Caffeine/Guarana: Caffeine boosts metabolism and supresses appetite. However it also increases heart rate. Also the acidity of coffee and caffeine beverages may lead to ulcers[probably after YEARS of coffee though].
Hoodia/P57: It's a cactus that grows in South Africa I believe. It suppresses appetite. The bushmen of africa have been using it for centuries on long hunting trips. The actual part of the Hoodia cactus that suppresses appetite is a sugar found in the "meat" of the plant.

you haven't tried everything, if you haven't even been tracking your calorie input. That's the most basic part of the waitloss equation
I agree...it's the little things that add up. We think an extra tablespoon here or a extra snack there doesn't add up...it does. I know that's precisely how I gained 50 lbs over the past 7 years. Over 7 years time that amounts to about 68 extra calories a day. That's all it took. You would think I was gorging on gallons of ice cream of shoving fries in my mouth every day. Nope. I mostly eat healthy...brown rice, whole grains, lots of fruit and veggies. I exercised 5 days a week. But I did blow it with the chocolate and eating a lot after dinner instead of a light snack.
I did take Meridia once and lost about 20lbs on that and stalled. I think it was a good medication but just know it's not a miracle cure. Once you go off of it, your appetite returns.
