Hi, everyone for the rest of the summer i plan to plan out my days and here are some things I might have.
9 AM-Breakfeast: yogurt, nature valley bar, piece of fruit (200)
11 AM-Snack- Serving of crackers and a piece of babybel cheese (110)
1 PM-Lunch-Soup and 2 babybel cheeses or serving of crackers (300)
3 PM-Snack- Fat Free ranch dip and veggies (About 65)
5 PM-Snack- Yogurt, granola bar, piece of fruit (200)
7 PM- Dinner (300)
1,175
Then later I have a dessert.
This varies by day, i don't always have these exact snacks but their always around this amount.
I feel like I'm having too many snacks. But then after dinner i still have over 300 calories left. It's now 3:30 and I'm a little hungry but confused. Should I eat like this? Should i eat fewer amount of snacks of more calories or bigge rlunches and only one snack? HELP! should i not have a mid-morning snack? HELP!
Hello,
I agree with billsaint. Definitely add more protein to your diet. An egg for breakfast will go a long way. I have lost 18 pounds so far. For breakfast I definitely get in an egg. Since I started doing that, I was amazed by how full I felt all morning (no snacking at all). My daily calorie count is still well below my burn meter so I have been loosing weight. I exercise too so I know that my loss has been a healthy one. Good Luck!![]()
Bananc AND BillSaint-
Please don't jduge me. This is a non-judgmental site. I have lost 12 pounds also and I am staying within my calorie count. I think "snacking" on healthy foods is good. Aren't you suppose dto eat 3-6 small meals with small snacks in-between. I'm kind of doing that, small meals and small snacks. I am staying within my calorie limit.
No one is judging you. When you said "help" at the end of your post, it sounded like you wanted an opinion. I am only relaying to you what the nutritionist on CC has been writing about and my own personal experience. This is the article I was referring to:

I will not respond further as it sounds like you don't want help as stated.
Thank you and good luck.
Bananc, I understand you are new but on this site we are not hostile. I didn't need gloating, just advice.
Thank you anyway and good luck.
Good day.
I promise I was not judging you, you asked for help and I gave only my advice in terms or if it were me. But obviously you have to make the choice for yourself.
I have heard alot of good things about yoga but I myself have never tried it I stick with walking and some lifting of weights. If you try it tell me how it goes I would be intersted in hearing about it.
