got my diet plan-starting tomorrow! comments pleaseeeee!
heyy!!! i have just got back from my nutritionist and this is my average day
Breakfast: 1 cup of milk + 1/2 cup cereals
snack:50g bread+ 40g cheese plus one fruit
lunch: 90g chicken+1/2 cup rice+1 cup salad+ 1ts olive oil
snack: 1 cereal bar or fruit + 150g yogurt
dinner:50 g pitta bread +60g light cheese plus salad
snack: fruit
once a week i am allowed a free meal, 2-3 alcoholic drinks and 2-3 times a week i am allowed to have a chocolate/ brownie/ cake etc in the afternoon
my goal is to gain 12-15lbs and we are now aiming from 1/2-1 per week.
i know the food and calories are not a lot for now, but they seem a lot to me!! so wish me luck!!!!
Honestly, it seems like very little and not really a gaining diet. But your N must have a plan for you. It isn't a bad place to start. Its well balanced.
