I used to drink a lot of soda and Pop, but I have cut down to drinking none at all. I am drinking lots of water, but sometimes I get cravings for pop. Is it ok that if I have a glass of diet pop (O cal) a day to help me keep going. I'm still drinking the water. It's just that having this little thing keeps me going.

Some people will say that fake sugar is the devil, but when I want soda, I have diet (I prefer the taste, anyway) and it hasn't affected my weight loss.
As long as your still drinking water it's all good. I love the orange diet soda. Taste like the real deal.
I drink diet coke every day...........don't intend to give it up. We all have our "things" and I am happy that one of mine at least has no calories..............anyone know where the calorie free chocolate is?

My feelings exactly!!
I'm the same as most. I tend to have a can on diet coke a day and often if I'm out for a meal I get diet coke refils. Nothing wrong with them although it's advised you don't have too many.
Moderation is key. :)

I think that drinking nothing but water definitely makes weight loss go a little faster. I'm happier having my soda too and letting the weight go a little bit slower. I have still lost over 20 pounds.
I don't have pop all too often, but I loves me some diet a&w root beer.
i used to drink many cans of diet soda a day, however, i now just drink it with my dinner... i figure i can at least indulge once a day!
:) I drink a diet dr pepper daily.
I'm not giving up my diet soda, and I'm not giving up my corn syrup fully, and i'm not giving away my white flour! Keepin em' in moderation :)
