Diet on weekends

Weekends are hard for me, I mean diet is hard. I have more time than usual and I'm at home just feets away from the evil fridge. I started this process a month ago and this last weekend was my worst weekend since I started. I ate 8.000 cal. from Saturday evening to Sunday night... any suggestions about dieting on weekends???? it sucks...

This is my issue as well. I even have more problems in the evenings than I do while at work. First off, at work I am too busy to worry about eating much. I lose my will power by evening. I find I am so hungry by dinner that I could eat a cow.

I think the key is a lifestyle change and not a diet. That is hard, but will last. That is what I am aiming for.
