I have a question.  I know that carbs are to be limited but are there good carbs and bad carbs?  My doctor told me the guide is to stay away from "whites" like bread, pasta, sugar, ect.....but I just noticed that the blackberries I was told to eat have a lot of carbs in them.

 

I have an appointment next week with a nutritionist to help me learn about foods, but I was just wondering.

Hey!

 

From what I know there is such thing as good & bad carbs.  With carbs they usually want you to stay away from anything white or made of it.  I am a bread & potato person,so I have a hard time staying away from these carbs.
