Can you tell some ideas for eating frozen treats that are low in calories and healthy?

Like ice milk ideas, frozen yogurt or etc;

Frozen grapes, frozen melons, frozen peaches all are good by themselves.

I make smoothies using plain yogurt, some fresh/frozen fruit, sugar or sweetener, and a dash of milk to get it to move in the blender.  After we have some, then I freeze it to make popsicles.

Making your own pudding pops is easy too.

I also really like the skinny cow ice cream sandwiches.  They are pretty big and satisfying, and only 140 calories.  A nice treat.

Also, you can take cottage cheese and put it in a bowl with some cinnimon and sugar and freeze it. It's even better when you put some frozen fruit in there first.

I like frozen blueberries.  I freeze them so they're loose in the bag, then take some out and pour cold non fat milk over and stir.  The milk freezes to the berries.  Eat them while they are still frozen - you'll have a serving of the healthiest fruit there is and about a half serving of milk.

For something you dont have to make yourself, sugar free popsicles/creamsicles are pretty good. So are the dreyers fruit bars. You can make a really good smoothie by adding about 1/2 cup light soymilk with any frozen fruit of your choice. I also like to add whey protein. Sticking a container of yogurt in the freezer for a bit is also good

I eat a frozen banana a few days a week. I freeze them with the peel on to keep the fruit from browning, then cut the peel off with a knife - doesn't take long.

Once peeled, I cut into small slices and eat with a spoon. It has the sweetness and creaminess of icecream but so much better for you.

Like puh8 says, frozen grapes are fun too - though they're more icy and less creamy.

I love FF fudgesicle bars. Only 70 calories!!

It's also delish if you kinda mash some up in a cup with frozen or fresh raspberries.

Skinny Cow ice creams are delish and low cal.

Like the others mentioned, frozen grapes,  f. blueberries and f. cherries are great. Kinda slushy.

Skinny Cow Chocolate Truffle and Fudgsicles are 100 cal. each and very yummy. What brand is the fudgsicles that only has 70 cal?  When you're counting cal, every one of them counts!

I have a question about grapes.....it is very high in natural sugar, is it one of those fruits that I should be limiting myself to?  Out of all the frozen fruits, it is my favorite and I have it every day.  I've been consuming 5oz a day but I wouldn't mind upping that Tongue out

I really like the healthy choice fudge bars, 80 calories for a large bar.  They also make sorbet type bars too in fruit flavors.  They're great - and you can't beat what you get for only 80 calories.

The ones I buy are in that yellow box I think the brand is called fudgsicle??

I LOVE Chapmans Low Fat Frozen Yogurt, my 2 fav flavours are:

Blackjack Cherry, it's cherry and chocolate yogurt w/ cherry filled choc cups in it- 120 cals, 2.5f fat

Capuccino w/ Chocolate Espresso chips, 100 cals, 2.5g fat

Worth every calorie!
