I got mine from Walmart for 26 bucks. I love it and I haven't had any problems with it.

thanks!

Do you have Target in Canada?  They had a better selection than Walmart.

I got mine at Canadian Tire for about $20.  Got my mum one too for her birthday since she bakes by weight (British cookbooks).

i got mine at superstore.  i think it was $30.  it seems to be pretty good, has a nice big bowl (which i never use), tare function, grams or ounces, all that.  and it`s attractive and unobtrusive enough to leave out on the counter.

i steer clear of walmart for ethical reasons.

I bought mine on Ebay for about 15 dollars. It works just fine.

I got mine on Amazon.com for £14, that's about $20. Laughing

If you're in the west, try London Drugs - got mine there for about $20 and it's been great!

thanks everyone!  I wish we had Target in canada!!! lol  i'm going to superstore for groceries today too so i'll check there, and i went to London drugs yesterday and all they had was an $80 one...too much!

I bought my digital food scale from QVC for around $30 and I love it! It has over 300 presets foods and space for you to store nutritional information for foods you commonly use. It will also keep a calorie count for the day for you, and of course a tare function.

Amazon has a good selection www.amazon.com

If you're new to calorie counting, and not sure if weighing your food is something you will do often, you might even look into the cheaper alternative of a standard, non-digital scale.

I have both and use the standard one more often.  It's pretty darn accurate and doesn't need batteries.  For less then $5 Amercian, it was a good start.

In American, this kind of scale can be found in most of the bigger grocery stores.
