digital scale readings - 2 different!! which one?

when i weigh myself, i do it twice. the first time it reads one number, then the second time like 10 seconds later it reads a number about 1kg lighter! which reading should i trust???

wow, I never had that problem with mine, I bought it for $39,99CND and I tested it. I took my weight at 3 intervals of 1 minute and it was the same weight. It show like this 000.0 so ti's very precise. I love mine!

That happened to me this morning. I say the first one is wrong. The scale was sleeping all night and it didn't do a good job on the first try. Go with the second! If anything, it gives me a little boost of inspiration to be that weight the first time tomorrow and get on it again and be 1 pound lighter. :)

just a thought but maybe the battery is getting weak and its time to replace it?

I have one scale that will give me different readings all the time within a lb or 2 sometimes more then I bought a new one and it is very stubborn and tells me the same sad news every day and all day long!!  I know some people who say they weigh themselves 3 times then take the average if they get a different number or best 2 out of 3.

same here.  I actually replaced my old scale because I figured it was broken - but the new scale (which btw is a 10lb difference from the previous scale) still varies from time to time.  Unlike my old scale, which had shown up to an 8 lb difference from one minute to the next - this one is always within 1 lb.  I typically do the best 2 out of 3 tries. 

Take the lower weight!!!!!

i have a crappy scale. it gave me a 3 pound difference this morning. i'm getting a new scale.
