ok, i have a situation whereby i dunno what to do. any suggestions will be sooo helpful.

Basically im in Stage 2 (just started) and in 2 weeks, the month of fasting ( im muslim btw) is starting. ill have to be fasting till around 8.30pm,..(basically from sunset - sunrise) so my problem is what is gonig to happen to  my weight training programme???

if i try really hard, i could do it while im fasting, but i doubt it.And after fasting we have to do prayers etc so im stuck in a rut!

PLEASE HELP!!!

I remember having a muslim roommate and he'd wake up at 4 am and start eating to get the food in before sunrise- and then of course eat like a madman after dark.

You may want to just do a modified "lighter" version of the workouts just to keep you in shape but not to push it if you aren't going to be able to get in much protein you don't want your body taking its calories from your muscles so maybe just take it easy for now and then when you can go back to eating regular meals hit it hard again.
