I like to watch the challenges on the Food Network. Still dig Gordon Ramsey's Hells Kitchen, but Top Chef is edging him out. :)

I love the challenges too. Especially the ones hosted by Guy to determine which food gets to go on TGIFriday's menu. Although, 99% of the time, you can pretty much tell which one is going to win by guessing which one will appeal to a large audience. Obviously leek and some other combo or whatever will not beat out macaroni and cheese for comfort foods (even if the combo sounds better).

Have you ever watched Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares? I prefer that show to Hells Kitchen. It's fantastic.

Mentionable as well is Curtis Stone's Take Home Chef. Not only can he cook, he's gorgeous!! Now if only I could find me a man like that! Wink

I love Guy.  I love him on URS and DDD.  We are huge Food Network fans in my house.  My fiance is a wonderful cook so of course he always thrives off of ideas from there.

Scrapple is exactly as it sounds....scraps....of the pig. I've lived just outside the Philly area all my life....won't touch the *hit, icky!! Both my parents and my husband love the stuff.

I love Guy!! Love the diners show!!

We once went to a place (when we happened to be on vacation in that area) that was featured on Bobby Flay's Thrown-Down. The food was extra expensive and it sucked!! Big disappointment!!
