A fruit cup with a bit of cool whip is to die for, and it's very low cal. Yogurt with a bit of cool whip (keylime pie flavor + whipped cream = heavennn!)

And I haven't tried this one, but it sounded good:

Freeze a banana until firm. Coat it in a very light layer of honey and sprinkle/dip into crumbled graham crackers, your favorite cereal, nuts (higher on cal), etc. I'm tempted to try it, maybe drizzle a bit of sugar free chocolate on it.

A desert I also love is it slice up half a banana and add the slices to a small, shallow bowl with a bit of skim milk or half n half lite, then drizzle some cinnamon on and a bit of cool whip if you like.
You  need to first ask yourself if you have a specific taste you'd like to have. For me, it's always chocolate. I know, I know, but I am a chocoholic and eat at least 150 calories of chocolate to be happy.

I never eat anything, ff, or artificial. It's always organic, fair trade.

So dessert: meringue anything, sometimes I use stevia to sweeten with.

Fruit: frozen, baked, sauteed or poached with juice, alcohol(it burns off after a few minutes) or by itself. Example: Spray a pan with oil, saute a banana until edges brown, top with a little melted chocolate. You can do this with almost any fruit. Add a squeeze of orange juice and voila!

Have a cookie, really. Make yourself some dough, divide it up into single servings, figure out how many calories you can afford and bake only the one serving for yourself. Yum! Terrific with hot no-calorie tea.

Ice cream shake: Freeze non fat yogurt 'til semi hard, toss into a blender, add some frozen berries, a little stevia and blend. If too thick add some water, If too thin add some ice, use flavorings, go crazy; try banana, almond, anise, chocolate and coconut extracts.
If you're like me, you must have chocolate.
Take the 1 or 1/2 cup non fat yogurt, freeze, sweeten, add frozen peaches or pears and cocoa powder. Whirl in the blender until you have the desired shake consistency. Fabulous.
I like to take a sliced bananna or a 1/2 cup of frozen berries and drizzle some agave nectar on it.  Makes the fruit just a little sweeter and more like a dessert.  Often I heat up the berries too.  I've actually started to crave this after dinner instead of other bad for me sweets.  Also, very easy.  Just go light on the nectar, it's pretty sweet but lower cal than honey and supposed to be better for you.
I do mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, etc) with a dollop of chocolate Redi-Whip, if I want to be good.

Otherwise, I'll do an actual dessert and just take a half portion.  I got a box of chocolates from my hubby for V-day.  And, I used them as my dessert for the past week.  I just made sure to stick to one serving (2 pieces).  140 Cals isn't too bad for a "real" treat.
Blue Bunny Health Smart Fudge Bar (no fat; 50-60 calories, and 5 grams of fiber!!)

Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwich

Diet/Fat Free Hot Chocolate

If all else fails, have something peppermint- things usually taste pretty bad with mint taste. : P
This isn't very creative but these are some of my craving fixes:

Jamba Juice & Keva Juice both have selections under 200 calories.  I'm willing to drive to get one of these in extreme cravings.

Another one of my fixes are the Fudge Sickles.  You can get the single stick (non-fat & low calories) with about 35 calories each.  They're really good for a quick chocolate fix.

I also like the Skinny Cows for 150 calories.

Sometimes, it's the wierdest thing, but a sweet apple will get rid of my sweet tooth.

I loved some of the ideas posted and had to add my two cents!
I like to have dessert tofu, such as cocunut.  It is a nice, low-calorie (90 cals in one pack) dessert when I don't feel like splurging.
What I think are amazing are those weight watchers carrot cake desserts they are small but man do they taste good and only 80 calories
I'm with you on jello and pudding!

I have to agree with #26. Keva Juice makes smoothies with fat free yougurt and fat free milk. I get a small Oreo Speedwagon for about 230 calories. It's a "big" calorie expense for a snack but man, is it worth it! It actually tastes like any other Oreo Milkshake.

I get cravings in the afternoon at work. I keep a stash of low fat peanut butter and graham crackers. Sounds like a weird combination but it reminds me of a Girl Scout cookie. One sheet with a lite layer of PB usually does the trick.

Also, the Chips Ahoy 100 calorie packs taste very similar to the real thing... ok, maybe not quite as chocolaty but it does the trick!

Hope these suggestions help someone... thanks for everyone else's ideas!
My favorite thing of late is having half a pear after dinner (sharing one with my husband).  Pears have a really nice natural sweetness, and fresh fruit is the best!

Plus, eating half of one won't make me go calorie overboard, and I don't like ruining the taste I get in my mouth from a pear, so it's good for finishing off the day. :)
Oh, and for chocolate, a small wafer of really dark stuff will tame my chocolate craving and usually only has 50 cals or so. :)
When I need something sweet I have oatmeal with mashed pumpkin, cocoa powder, and Splenda.
I eat my skinny cow ice cream sandwiches with a knife and fork!  Hehe... it's like cake!
one rice krispie square

it's 90 cal

indulgent enough to satisfy and little enough to be OKAY
My fav is rockmelon/cantaloupe - its soo sweet and very low cal.
Either that or frozen blueberries or grapes. Blueberries are lower cal.
It satisfies my sweet cravings, but usually I have this a litlte while after dinner to avoid any hunger late at night.
Low-fat Greek yogurt (the brand is called Faigo) with fresh berries, walnuts, and honey is my favorite.  The yogurt is only 80 calories per serving, plus, you get healthy yogurt cultures, as well as antioxidants and fiber from the berries and nuts. It's soo delicious!! yum!
So, it seems everyone eats sweets on a daily basis and try to keep it btwn 100-200 or so?????

If you're a cannoli-addicted Italian like me, you can barely stand to live without your favorite pastry.  I came up with a very passable solution and if you keep it small, you can stay under 100 calories easily.

1/2 cup fat free ricotta cheese mixed with a packet of splenda (or stevia if you prefer), a half cup of your favorite fresh fruit, and a dash of almond extract.  The ricotta mixed with the sweetener is so close to the taste of real cannoli filling that you don't even miss the pastry on the outside.

When I'm feeling like I want chocolate instead, I mix the ricotta/sweetener/almond extract with a container of jello ff/sf chocolate pudding...but you don't want anymore of that stuff LOL

Or, you could take your "fruit cannoli" and mix a teaspoon of cocoa powder in it.  That gives it a bit of a chocolate flavor without compromising your calorie count at all.
Blue Bunny light bunny tracks.  IF you stick to the serving size you get vanilla ice cream with caramel and chocolate ribbons, chocolate covered peanuts and little chocolate bunnies filled with caramel for only 130 calories.   DIVINE.  If you cant stick to the serving size, try the personals, theyre already dished out for you.

i also like plain vanilla (100 cal) with fruit and/or a teensy bit of lite chocolate syrup drizzled over the top.

I love Blue Bunny Lite :)

I also like a tbs of peanut butter on a plain or white chedder rice cake for late night or midday hunger.  about 140 cal, and SUPER satisfying.  It is my #1 response to cravings.  plus, you get an energy kick.
One word..

Fudgesicle

phoenix121 recommended Blue Bunny, but it seems to me that there are so many brands where one fudgesicle is around 60-80 calories.  I like the fiber thing though.. I'm going to have to try them!
