is this ok for dinner?

well tonight I went out to Panera Bread

for dinner I had the 1/2 sandwich and 1/2 salad combo. I had a rye bread sandwich with just turkey and lettuce and 1/2 of the fuji apple chicken salad without the dressing or cheese, and apple, a french baquette, a whole wheat baquette, and I was STILL hungry so i ordered an another full fuji apple chicken salad (with walnuts for good fats) with no cheese or dressing.

did I over do it? i mean i know this sounds like a lot of healthy food, but you realy never know with reasturants. theres always hidden sat fats lurking everywere... dose any1 know what the cal count for this dinner mught be, i looked at the website but its hard to tell because most of the cals for the salad i had that was listed included the cheese and dressing...can any1 help me out here? did i over do it or is this a good meal? (i excersied alot today and had 2 other substaintaly large but healthy meals)

Panera has there own website where they list nutritional info... You should go try looking it up yourself first before asking others to do it for you...

Fuji Apple Salad
I'd guess around 200-250 cals if you didn't get cheese/dressing for the half salad... 400-500 for the full... Sandwich would be around 200...

Baguette
140 cal each so 280...

So I'm guessing around 1000+ calories... Just an estimate tho...
