I'm desperately trying to figure out how many calories are in the dinner rolls I eat for lunch.
I buy them at No Frills in Canada, and they're the plain dinner rolls that they make right in the store. They're about the length of my palm and about 2 inches wide.
I've tried looking on the internet, and I get anywhere from 85 calories to 270 calories. I tried weighing one of the buns using a pound scale... and it came out to about 0.2lbs, which is roughly 91g. That seems a bit heavy for a small roll, so I think I must be doing something wrong.
Anyway, I really need to know how many calories are in these buns!

The only way of knowing exactly how many calories is by getting a food scale (you can buy one at Loblaws/Walmart/etc). Weigh the bun, and then log it as a plain dinner roll.
