I'm starting to get bored (which is what usually puts my good habits into a tailspin) with my *usual* meals... I need some ideas for dinner that don't centre around chicken or salmon.  I ADORE salmon, but have had it the last 2 nights and need another source of lean protein.  I know I could do eggs, but what to have with them?  I usually put broccoli and light cheese in scrambled eggs, but I've eaten POUNDS of broccoli the last few dags.  I'm not a big fan of beef unless it's on the grill (and my BBQ is on the fritz).

Any yummy suggestions? They're much appreciated.

You can try an egg white or mostly egg white frittata.  Kind of like an easy quiche.  Allrecipies.com will have a recipie, you can use potatoes, shredded zuchini, tomatos. And if it calls for whole eggs, just use the whites (you can leave a yolk or two in there if you have a hard time eating white frittata). With the yolks removed, you end up with a low fat, high protein meal and it's good too.  I'd find a recipie for you but   tooo.....lazy.....to....google

Ended up deciding on a cucumber (yup, the whole thing) and a toasted f.f. turkey breast sandwich w/ low fat cheese and spinach... might toss some soup in there too :) BF will have chicken fingers and fries.

I recommend looking up ethnic recipes for inspiration from the everyday cooking.
