Hey, I was wondering if anybody had any dinner suggestions for me. I'd like to have something easy to fix please. Today I've eaten for breakfast: yogurt( nonfat) and orange. Lunch: Ham sandwich, grapes, Snack : Nestle Choclate Bunny. Drinks: orange juice and water. That's what I've already eaten today so try to give me something to fill up my food groups. I've got some spagthtti in frig. Would that be good ?
I love making fried rice in my wok. I use olive oil, saute onions and garlic in it, then throw in some veggies (I like Bok Choy, spinach, carrots, whatever you like). Then, I add some cooked brown rice. After a couple of minutes I make a whole in the center of the wok and cook a couple eggs in it. I mix it all up and add some soy sauce. Mmmm...I am making some tonight.
