hey guys,

so dinner's about to come around, and im craving something good. something with a bit a of bam, compared to my usual eats.

so i want you guys to share your favourite, low calorie dinners. anything and everything is great!

Aren't you recovering from an eating disorder? Why 'low calorie'?

i like having hummus with pita bread and veggies and tabbouleh. you can get flavored hummus but the tabbouleh itself has a little kick. i'd recommend throwing in a glass of soymilk or milk though since it'd be a pretty low protein dinner. but, that's my go-to.

Lately I've been making lots of thai vegetable curries.  Brown rice, loads of broccoli, carrots, onions, cauliflower, and some kind of coconut curry ... usually shallot, lemongrass, lime zest, red chile-vinegar paste, sugar, salt, coconut milk, a pinch of miso and maybe a little peanut butter if I'm in the mood.

mashed- I like to have a few low calorie things infront of me for dinner, rather than one large meal. it satisfies me better
