I did the same thing yesterday!  Figure that you'll get back on track today and don't be too hard on yourself.  We are human not machines. We are allowed to mess up.  Wink
Just be good tomorrow and don't give up!
No guilt, just pick up where you are suppose to be and go on from there.  With me, the more guilt I give myself... the longer it takes me to get back on track.  Just remember life goes on.
You'll be fine. Just get back on track hardcore tommorrow. And remember, a few 'off days' can sometimes help.
Don't try to be perfect.  Put the day behind you but, before you do, try to think back and work out what happened and how you could maybe have avoided it or handled it better.   We all make mistakes.  The smart move isn't to be disappointed in yourself but to learn from them and move on.

Keep smiling

If you exercise a lot, your net gain wont be so bad. Maybe you could try that.
i think the problem is that i work in a restaurant. it is IMPOSSIBLE to stay away from food. its always in my face.

Don't feel bad. gorge days happen. you just have to start anew the next day. Do something like having a long bath or shower or stretching before bed... whatever makes you feel cleansed and then tomorrow morning have fresh start with a fiber-filled healthy breakfast under 200 cals. I worked in a restaurant for 4 years and i totally fell you. Just have an alternative....I always used to drink lots of water with lemon juice to fill me up. Or check out what the cooks do after going to the john and you'll lose your appetite ;)

I did that on Friday (yesterday), I thought about just throwing it away all weekend but realized that three days behind is a lot worse. Every day is a new day, its so funny how helpful and supportive that one little saying is for weight loss.

Just because we give in, doesn't mean we aren't doing well and capable of hitting our personal weekly/monthly goals.

Consider it your cheat day or day off for the week. Which means no more for the entire week.

Remember, It's not that one naughty day that got us here - it's all those naughty days added up that got us here!

Working with food all day is tough.  Can you chew gum?  Maybe not if you hostess or wait talbes; perhaps tiny mints then when you get the urge to pick at food.

I was out for dinner last night, ordered my food fat free because we are in the middle of a Biggest Loser challenge/bet at my place of employment, and, as I told my server, "money's at stake."  She said "We just completed a challenge here, and I won."

Would that kind of challenge at your place of business motivate you and your colleagues?

I love cough drops.  I like the ricola ones because they aren't overpowering or really "medicated".  Plus, they're calorie free.  sucking on those at work really helps me.  I dont work in arestaurant but i do work with coworkers who have stocks of chocolate and cookies in their desks and are always trying to push them towards other people.  If i choose to take one, i have a bite...drink some water...then pop in a cough drop...it usually takes me about an hour to eat that one cookie that way.

It is so hard when you're constantly surrounded by food.  Can you try to keep more healty alternatives around... like instead of munching on french fries all day keep a bowl of carrots or some fruit in the back.  And try to eat a meal before you're starving, then you'll be less likely to binge.  Luckily, you're probably running around all day that one off day should be ok.  Don't be too hard on yourself :)
