I just discovered HOB NOBS!!
Wow!! They opened up a little store called "A taste of Britain" close by. They have so many cool things!! My husband lived in Ireland for a couple of years, so he is pretty familiar with English food. Anyway, we got some Hob Nobs, and Oh My Gosh! They are so fantastic!! And some Aero chocolate too! It's wonderful stuff! I didn't see anything low cal in that store! Yummy! :-D
Hob Nobs are my favourite biscuits, I don't buy them much anymore because I can easily eat the whole packet.
Just wait until you get the chocolate covered hob nobs and fox's crunch creams!! :o)
(Fans of Peter Kay will know.... 'Dip me! Dip me again!')
I was going to bring up the Peter Kay thing as well - I'm not really a fan, but that had me in stitches. Anyone who's ever dunked a Rich Tea and a Hob Nob (which is everyone, surely?!) can't fail to be amused. Hob Nobs and Aero, though? Is that British cuisine? LOL.
O yum yum yum!! Hob nobs are ace! If you are indulging get the coccie ones, they are sooooo good, ahhh, you should check out the biscuits range, we in the UK know about biscuits! ;)

I just heard about dark chocolate hob nobs. The little store doesn't have them though. :-( Why don't we have biscuits here? *stomping feet and pouting*
Hob nobs are so awesome and delicious!!! Have you tried Curly Wurly's? They are great too! Polo's are yummy mints but also come in other flavours. Also, I've always loved Refreshers but I haven't found any in North America (my Uncle would mail them to me haha)
and double deckers?

MMMMMMMMMM. im not such a big fan of hobnobs though, except hobnob choco creams. oh boy. theyre bad, REAL bad

Okay, the mention of Refreshers takes me back to when I was about 5 years old... So it's been nearly 30 years since I've had those? I'd love to get some to put in my kids Easter baskets... Anyone in the UK want to send some my way? Send me a message and let's chat....
I personally love Hula Hoops.... hard to find in California, without a huge price mark-up... and my all time favourite.... Malteasers.

lol I just had a pack of mini hobnobs today actually :D
Omg me too! xD They're so yummy <3
McVities make the best biscuits <3 The cadbury ones are nowhere near as good.
Do you get Cadbury chocolate in America? The only place I saw it in Florida was the England bit of Epcot xD Aeros are awesome, but you just can't beat Cadbury's dairy milk chocolate =]
American Made Cadbury's is NOT the same as the real thing from the UK... the English made has a creamier texture. Of course I'm writing this as I eyeball the Cadbury Eggs that are sitting in my kids Easter Baskets... Will they share them with me? Maybe a Crunchie bar.
But the best thing... the Flake... I still remember the 99er that is put in the icecream.... YUMMO!
I also miss the Quality Street Sweets that we got for special occasions...
hob nobs are amazing
Still don't get what they are. I'm quessing a cookie. They sound delicious, the way you are talking about them. How many calories in a whole box or bag or whatever they are packed in?
