OK so sometimes when I stand up after sitting down my head feels really light headed.

Why is this happeninging?

I am eating around 2700 calories daily while being sedentary.

Could be a few things.  Low blood-pressure wouldn't be unreasonable in someone who is underweight or in a teenager who's body is growing.   Low blood-sugars is another possibility but that can strike at any time, not simply on standing.  If it continues, see your doctor, of course, because it could be symptomatic of a serious condition.

Dekkos have you been to a doctor lately for a physical? I ask because you have mentioned in past posts about not feeling well with fatigue, dizziness, etc. Being underweight and malnurished even if you are eating better now can cause problems. You are young I think 16 from on your profile. Can you talk to your parents if you have not been for physical about going?

Yes i am 16.

Im going to speak with my parents tonigght.

Thank you i didnt know that this dizzines wasn't normal.

I thought it was part of refeeding or coming out of starvation mode.

Thanks !!!!

I still have this pretty bad too actually. Mind you, it was worse before, but it still hasn't completely gone away.

Orthostatic Hypotension?

I am glad you are going to talk to your parents. It sounds like you have multiple things going on like I said from past posts of yours. It is better to be safe then sorry and get a physical.

i get that when i wake up in the morning sometimes. usually before meals.

but its gone away because ive been eating more.

whenever i get dizzy, i know that im hungry/ i should eat something.

I get dizzy & light headed as well, and it's because I have low blood pressure.
It's pretty low all the time, but when I wasn't eating it just made it worse.

I can suggest that you cen try getting up slower [it helps me] and go see a doctor, because you don't want to pass out or anything.
