I've been feeling rather dizzy all afternoon.

I skipped breakfast today (other than a handful of cherries) because I woke up late. I did about a half hour workout and swam for another half hour or so before coming home and eating lunch. I started feeling really dizzy as soon as I got out of the pool. At the time I assumed it was low blood sugar, but it didn't go away after I ate lunch. I just ate dinner a little bit ago (2 hours earlier than normal) and I'm still feeling dizzy.

Any ideas on why this might be or how I can make it stop?

I certainly hope the dizziness left you.  There are so many factors, it could be a number of things.

You didnt eat breakfast...
You may have an ear infection, this can cause dizziness....
You may have low blood sugar....
You may be overheated...

Am sure there are other possibilities.  But, given that today is a new day, I hope you are feeling better.

Thanks. Yes I'm feeling better today.
