i have just started back after a 8 month leave. I was eating everthing under the sun. Now going back to the 1250 aday is almost killing. I cant shake this dizzy feeling. any suggestions

Depending on how much you have to lose, 1250 calories may not be enough. ESPECIALLY if you're exercising.
Take your Sedentary Expenditure and subtract 500 from it. Try that =)

If you're dizzy/weak feeling you are probably not eating enough.
Tat2ed, I suggest you go to your DR. and get you blood pressure checked. Maybe it's nothing, maybe just the change in eating, maybe stress, who knows. But wouldn't it be better to find out and deal with it?

What are you eating? If you are eating foods with a high glycemic index that could explain it. And you probably should up your cals a bit..
dizziness is finally gone. In the 2 weeks back i have lost 4 pounds
