"Doin it fo da shorties..."
My name is Shae and I'm 5'1" and weigh 139.8 lbs. Ive used calorie count before with success, along with Golds Gym logs. I haven't exercised in a while and have put back on 8 lbs and lost my muscle tone. Been in a funk lately, and usually that means I don't eat and lose weight, but this time it's the opposite. My diet is still ok...could be better. I think doing a log will help put me back on track. Once the weather gets cooler here in Vegas, I'll start biking again. My rough spots in diet...especially now that football's here, is the bar food and booze. My husband who is 6'3" and skinny can still eat and drink anything. I gave up my gym membership 'cause I'm working 2 jobs...at least till the holidays pass. I need to get moving again. Nice to meet everyone!
I am picturing you (5'1") standing next to your husband (6'3"). Very cute.
