How am I doing? This is all so new I don't know if I am on the Right track??
Hey Everyone.
I am 5ft81/2 inches tall and am at 170 pounds down from 186. I started on April 12th and have lost 16 pounds since then. I got to my peak at 186 and was like " I can't do this anymore.. i am depressed and visibly uncomfortable in my skin" <-- anyone know what i mean? So I came "back" to CC to try it again and was determined. I work 10 hours in an office mon-thurs and fri 8-12 so I am basically Sedentry.. I am trying to get myself to the gym.. i pay $35 a month for La fitness geez i should go.. But anyway I havent lost any weight for the last week or so.. I am on a 1250 calorie diest and aparently i am burning 1900 a day.. I followed all the questions and it told me to consume that many calories a day to loose.. I have been really good.
I cut out soda I am only drinking Tea (unsweet) and water.
I eat TONS of fruit. At least 3 servings a day. I am drinking a lot of water and I am just wondering if I am being impatient.
I figure if I just get my A$$ to the gym I'll tone up where i lost weight and be happier.. I want to get down to 145 which will put me at 23% body fat. I am at 25.8% right now which is considered slightly overweight but I am down from like 30%..
Am I crazy? Suggestions? Anyone else feel this way?

Congrats for loosing 16LB!!!!
Its generally water weight which comes out fast, after that body looses weight slowly. It might be possible that you have hit a plateau. try changing you calorie intake like eating more proteins, altering your calorie intake which will confuse your body metabolism and you will start shedding pounds again.

I just got so gun ho about the 16 pounds comming off that I have been eating the very same stuff every day.
Go lean crunch in the mornign with a diced pears fruit cup.
tuna over romaine and strawberries for lunch
or bolonga cheese and romaine rollups and strawberries
more fruit for a snack or lays light chips.
