I was doing so good until........
I started binging. I just want to get back on track. It really started during finals at school. I get so stressed I can't think straight let alone count a calorie. I eat mindlessly and be I know it I have binged all day. Any advice????
when i go through stressful times i try to exercise even if i binge. that way, endorphins are released which make me happy =) haha and i burn some of the binge off.
the best thing to do is just take a day and refocus your mind along with your healthy lifestyle and don't get discouraged!
