I am doing so good!
So this week, not only have a kept inside of my calorie goal, I also have been going to the gym everyday doing some sort of cardio. Monday, I worked out on the elliptical for 45 minutes, tuesday I biked for 30 minutes, and today I worked out on the elliptical for 40 minutes. I am so proud of myself.

Exercise has always been my magic bullet when trying to get motivated, no matter how healthy I'm eating at the time. Every day you'll feel a little better than the day before if you stick with it!

That is great. I've lost 30 pounds but haven't started working out. This helps motivate me to get my butt in gear!!!!

I have been doing a similar thing and I have discovered that on the days I really don't feel like, when I have very little 'energy' are the days my mood benefits from exercising the most! I knew I had turned a corner when I started using exercise to pick me up instead of chocolate!
Keep up the good work! (It will be worth it when you put your favourite outfit on and it fits just a little better! )
